What's the Meet and Greet?

A meet and greet is the initial meeting between BFFE, you and your pet. Most importantly, it allows you to meet your Pet Sitter, and to see if our service is right for you. It also allows the sitter to interact with your pet in your presence, which is important when deciding which service is right for you!

How do I know the Pet Sitter is at my home, and my pet is safe?

BFFE will invoice you the Sunday prior to your service beginning. This will confirm the dates and times we will be at your home caring for your pet(s). At the end of each visit the Pet Sitter will text or email you (photo included) regarding the activity level of your pet. We aim to provide you with a personalized pet-sitting service curtailed to meet your every need.
